The paper is devoted to one of the aspects of the mass socio-economic transformation related to the post industrial society development and changes in the employment system. They are so radical that a number of futurologists questioned not simply about future of labour but about future without labour.

We publish here the main part of Bourdieu text, which comprises of the fragments of his famous book “Distinction: A Social Critique of the Judgement of Taste” (D. Gruski is responsible for the pages for choice).

The main idea of the paper is with the help of socio-cultural approach to show the impact of the ethno cultural factors on the peculiarities of economy and economic behavior of Sakha population. The author tries to tackle the following issues: 1) basics of the beliefs system of the Sakha population that affect the everyday life economic behavior; 2) elements of the traditional economic behavior of Sakha population through the ethnic folk literature (proverbs); 3) the peculiarities of the working behavior of the population; 4) the impact of ethno-cultural factors on business development in the region. 

The research target was to demonstrate the process of appearance and self reproduction of the organizational culture, explained from the social constructivism approach: how the particular system of senses was created due to the interpretations of the organizational symbols of the organizational members. In order to implement this research design the focus was made on the empirical example of the newcomers’ socialization in the company.
